Day 11

What have you already done with computing and technology? Include what you did these last two weeks.

These past two weeks I’ve made a battleship game on Python, and a maze with Python Turtle Graphics. I also learned some Java and Cybersecurity. Previously I’ve made a game on Unity, a bag on lilypad, and projects on Scratch

I could see myself working with computing and technology as a future career

Describe ANY leadership positions you have had in school and/or community.

I’ve been in student council, where I got to help with the coordination and advertising of school assemblies, and participate in Project Unify.
Describe your career goals in detail. What do you want to accomplish? Why is your career goal important to you?

I want a career that parallels my interests and hobbies, and pays well. My career goals are important to me because I’ll be working for most of my life, and I want to enjoy it.
Define a problem that is currently a problem in the world. How could technology solve the problem?

A current problem in the world is pollution and rapid water usage. Technology could help solve the problem because with the decreased use of fossil fuels, versus harnessing solar and electrical energy, less Carbon Monoxide would be polluted into our atmosphere. Also, more efficient ways to recycle could help prevent pollution on land and seas.Technology could help the recycling and energy fields evolve.
